These Terms of Service (the "Terms") set out the conditions for using the services (the "Services") provided by FleaHunter (the "Operator") through the App. Users agree to use the App and the Services in accordance with these Terms.
You are deemed to have accepted these Terms upon starting to use the App. Minors must obtain consent from their legal guardian before using the App.
The Operator provides the following paid subscription services:
Payments are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store payment systems. Subscription management and cancellation must be done through each store's settings.
The free version is available at no cost. The PRO version requires payment of ¥600 per month (tax included) via the method designated by each store.

The Operator may suspend all or part of the Services without prior notice in the following cases:
The Operator is not responsible for damages caused by such service suspension.
Users are responsible for preparing devices, software, communication lines, and other usage environments at their own expense. Communication fees are borne by the user.
Items displayed in the Services are listed by third parties on each marketplace platform. The Operator does not guarantee their authenticity or quality. Inquiries about items should be directed to the respective platform or seller.
The Operator is not liable for damages incurred by users from the use of the Services, except in cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence by the Operator. Damages are limited to the fees paid by the user during the past month.
The Operator may change or discontinue the Services without prior notice.
The Operator may revise these Terms as needed. Revised Terms will be announced within the App or on the website, and continued use after such announcement constitutes acceptance of the revisions.
Personal information will be handled appropriately in accordance with the separately defined Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
